    Question is Humminbird falling behind

Why are the other companies working with power pole ( Charge and Power pole blades) with getting these to show up on there units. Having one unit that can talk to these makes it a lot easier to install and use. The only way now is to hold or make room on the dash for another mount to hold your phone. Just my .02.

Minnkota Talon, they also partner with Monnkota trolling motors. If they collaborated with power pole, it might hurt their relationship with Minnkota. I wouldn’t risk it either, if that pressure to keep the relationship is there.

There is no "partner", Johnson Outdoors owns Minnkota, Humminbird, and Canon. Their stuff works with their stuff. Talon is a Minnkota product.

Because Humminbird and Minn Kota (Talons) are both owned by Johnson Outdoor. They're not going to do anything to promote Power Pole as it's their competition.

Yup. They are not falling behind at all! They were the first with the Ultrex. HB has great imaging too. I had HDS Live units in my last boat and Mega+ in my current boat. They are equal in quality and notice that the HB has a larger "speed range" to get good images.

The only thing holding me back from Talons is the weight of the brackets.
