I got a text from an unknown number in Arizona asking about my property at $&@7 Butte Ave. I had no idea what the person was talking about but I thought I might prove entertaining to me and that’s what’s most important.
I told them sure it was for sale. How much did they offer?
they responded with wanting a ball park price so I looked up on Zillo some comps for the area but first told them it was my granny’s house who just died and was so influential in my sobriety that I couldn’t think about selling unless they could promise me they wouldn’t drink when they moved in. Granny hated liquor and her lips would never touch those that had partaken.
I’m waiting on another response......I will keep y’all abreast of the situation.
