    Surgery update.

First of all thanks for your support Surgery went well in some pain but not as bad as my rotator cuff surgery from years ago as of now. They did not have to drill holes in my knee cap either to reatach .The petala tendon did not detach from the kneecap but it was cut in half, so there were able to sew the ends back together, which the Doc said was a plus. Start phsical therapy tomorrow because otherwise i would have to wait until tuesday due to the holiday. Doc said it will be very little therapy tomorrow though. Sounds like the knee will be ready in plenty of time for spring smallie fishing on Lake Michigan Thank you.

Yes surgery went well, probally 2 hours after i first posted this thread, had to go to the E.R. the night of the surgery, once the pain meds they gave me wore off after surgery i was in extreme pain. In the ambulance they gave me morphine The morphine took the pain away and at the E.R. they gave me some much better meds to go home with. Already started physical therapy and have not taken any pain meds in two days now. So overall things are going good.
