help my evinrude 50 sizzler is sick

i have replace my powerpack and put 2 used coils and still wont idle when i start it in gear it has no power unless you very slowly push the throttle forward it will plane out but doesnt work all the time???now i am broke and out of ideas

I HAD A PROBLEM WHERE MY 94 50 HP WOULD NOT IDLE AND HAD TO SLAM INTO GEAR OR IT WOULD STALL OUT. BROUGHT IT TO A DEALER AND THEY RESET EVERYTHING TO FACTORY SPECS. NO PROBLEM AFTER THAT.
