NOCO advised me today that my GEN4 is not compatible with lithium.
The newer GEN5 and GENPRO are required for that purpose, as some indicated.

Have seen both yes & no comments so thought I'd post with pix.

Idles great, pee's great.
Run up the rpm's and temp climbs and alarm...

Just to clarify.... onboard = engine tank and external = bilge reservoir tank - correct?
So by your comment you feel it is likely a sensor on the external bilge tank.
