Good advice already given. Get yourself a backup tool to use when this happens again. They will save you some grief, trust me! I hope you get it straightened out!

It could be a number of things. Thermostats, clogged water inlets etc. As Don always says, start with the source of your water pressure and go from there.
I am doubting it's your gauge that is bad.
Just set your meter to DC volts and see which wire is hot.
I have a Mercury Optimax. If you ground the gauge, the needle should move to full scale. When you remove the ground it should go to zero. That will let you know if the gauge is good. Then it's either...

Exactly! That is where I installed his motor wire, thank you! My question is, Why doesn't Phoenix connect it like that?
Another quick way is to get a set of jumper cables and connect one end to a good ground on your truck frame and the other to a good ground spot on the TRAILER, but not on your breakaway section.

My buddy has a new 921. His motor will start WITHOUT the battery switch turned ON! Is this the way Phoenix wires there boats from the factory??
