venting has nothing to do with max rpms. is ptp about 3.25-3.5? if you are that low on rpm's now it will be way bad in the heat. 200hp is not enough for that big hull so you will have to adapt and...

motor needs to be about 3-3 1/4 below pad when running down the lake find this height on your hyd plate
