Nope it would be 0586890 Evinrude stopped using the numerical model numbering in 2012 and went to an Alpha system to align with the rest of the industry.

I use Arco starters as they are made in Pensacola FL and have a 1 year warranty, but OEM starters are still available. I'd get the ARCO and take the old one off and bring it to an auto electric shop...
