I've been using Edge Eyewear for years now after my Costas broke. I snagged a pair when I saw them at a hardware store and they've honestly been just as good. $20-40 range, depending on the style. No...

+1 The belt attachment on the sheath sucked though, so I replaced it with the generic sheath from BPS.
Basscat Eyra for a bass boat, but I'd probably end up going for a Shearwater X22. Love inshore fishing.
4-5 rods, tackle bag, life jacket, drinks/snacks, cash, and rain gear if needed is what I used to bring. Also a save face when it was cold, back when those were cool.
Sent, but not showing in my sent folder for whatever reason. Let me know if you didn't get it.
There's an airbnb up the road from me that has good reviews right near Jordan. I can find the listing and send a DM if you'd like.
It makes a difference crappie fishing and if tournament fishing I'd say it's good to have, but not an absolute need. That said, I would want it if it were in the budget. It's fun to use and another...
The Rapala DT Fat comes to mind, 1 in particular. I used to throw both the 1 and the 3 a lot and loved them. I don't even know if they still make them anymore with the BX cranks though.
I think so. My Scorpion MGL is more effortless to cast compared to a standard Curado K.
I think there's something to this. Was out crappie fishing over the weekend and the number of fish we'd watch on livescope chase the bait and/or just turn on it and stare at it without biting was...
My wife has a '14 Escape AWD and it has been a solid little SUV. It has held up well to her driving and with 150k on it now, that says a lot to me. She has the 2.0L, which is chain driven. The...
My goal is to have a dual purpose rig too and there are several I've been lusting over for some time. In no particular order Shearwater X22, Sterling 200XS, Blazer 675, Lake & Bay Backwater 20 or...
I've watched several of his videos recently and have been thinking more about FFS. I think the only "problem" I have with livescope is it can bring about smart phone syndrome on the water, if you let...
Cashion has their rods on sale. I've had my eye on one of the BFS rods, very tempting.
Modified Albright for me. Easy to tie, small, and never had any durability/breaking issues.
Sounds to me like you're more sick of dealing with people than fishing itself. I get that and had a short stint of not going because my only available time was when everyone and their brother was...
Every time ol T Swift is mentioned, I think of my buddy that said she looks like a plucked swan.
Junebug, green pumpkin blue, and then either pink or merthiolate for floating worm.
I'm one of those that gets both sides too. My desire for something new has all but gone away with all the tech mess in them though. Just don't like it or want it and new designs just don't look great...
Happy father's day. :thumb up2: First one for me and it feels weird. A little over 2 weeks old now and I got a surprise present earlier this morning in the form of being crapped on.
One of these used to be used on family trips. Fish N Mate I think is the brand. It was kind of a pain to haul around and could get bogged down in real soft sand fairly easily. The bigger balloon...
They were fantastic on my old Jeep. Got kind of loud toward the end of their life, but not too bad. Would've been on the short list when shopping for my truck a few months back, but couldn't get them...
My old '94 481VS. Loved that thing and still kick myself for selling it.

Overpriced and overrated from the couple bags I've gotten as gifts. It's not bad coffee, just not worth anywhere near what they're charging for it IMO. I don't particularly care for the bro vet...
That's what I was going to chime in with. My stepdad and his friend are big into the crappie tournaments and FFS is a must these days to be consistently competitive. Most of those guys are at least...
