Update!!!
Found ground wire behind switch boxes left loose when guy put power head back on. It runs back into main ecu harness plug.

Checked all grounds and connections on harness. Took ignition switch out and it has wires molded into back of it. Took to lake last wknd and the boat ran normal and the tach was working...
