CCA is cold cranking amps and rated at 0°. We don’t use our boats in these temperatures. MCA is marine cranking amps rated at 32°. I think your motor needs around 600 marine cranking amps minimum. So...

Yes.... I think you are missing 1 bolt.
Sounds like you are using the thrust washer for a Merc motor... Using a forward bushing helps too.

Batteries that have memory need to be discharged all the way down before charging. Otherwise if you only discharge 50%, the memory becomes dead at 50%. This is what memory means

3500-3800 rpms is a good target for holeshot rpms.
Many times, This is a result of not enough venting of pvs plugs.
I have 2 100AH lithiums and still have 70%-80% left after a long/hard day of fishing.... I'm thrilled with my batteries. Only takes 2-3 hrs to charge them back up to 100% with a 10 amp charger.......

Advanced timing still runs smoothly... This is worth checking as this happened before. I have been there, Done this.
Make sure timing is not over advanced.
