I would try a different brand of bulb I have had lots of blinking and intermittent working bulbs as an electrician. I’ll almost guarantee it is the bulbs you’re using.

Good info here also when installing a gfci outlet there is a line and load to correctly protect the downstream plugs lights etc the gfci is labeled in the back where the line and load are connected.

It might be possible the battery jump switch has something to do with this the motor charging the wrong battery. Either the switch wiring is wrong or switch in wrong position.
