I have enough issues sleeping at night. I do 4 10s 6a - 4p and it's the perfect shift for me. With two young kids, I value the consistent shift and the ability to have a babysitter more than the days...
I just politely tell them that I'm not a rewards member and have no interest in being one.
I don't care what the pay is or how much I like the job, if we go to rotating days/nights, I'm immediately quitting.

Split the case, put in a new bms, and plastic weld the case back closed if there is a bms failure. Going with the exact same bms will likely be a plug and play operation.

I feel the same way about fishing in general. Too many boats and even more kayaks on the water. I spend my time that I used to go fishing scouting for big bucks on the national forest.
I've NEVER had a beer that I thought taste enjoyable.
