I believe th marine
Put it in the bilge with a sand bag on top to try it out...
tempest plus... all day. I've tried several and I've spoken to several of the big name prop guys. They all said tempest carries the skeeter better. Smaller diameter than the SHO T2, so you should...
I'll be honest... i'd really find out what your dealer was doing when they rewired. I'd start tracing wires and making a diagram. Odds are that the dealer knows less than the people that do it...
I'll check my fxr tomorrow and see if I can give you some help...
Just curios... does the switch light up when you turn it on and off?
My cougar was a real bear to rig in the nose. This is something I love about my fxr...it has a metal nose cap (assuming aluminum). You take it off and can easily access everything up there. ...
Sounds about right.
There ya go! Trade them to RMP or sell on your own.
Congrats! Looks sharp
Mine is actually really accurate. Maybe your sending unit is having issues?
I have solix... I run 360 and live on same screen. Only one unit. Sorry...
It just helps me be more efficient. I fish grass and docks/boat houses and structure. I can quickly look at structure and see if anything is moving. Then, I don't wantch the screen to fish. I...
Is there anything on the prop shaft or on the prop?

Lower the motor and trim down. Porpoise is caused by driver error and poor setup. There's a YouTube video on this..

Uninformed dealer...
I have a 26 tempest that was worked by Ronnie Gilbert. It gets out of the hole really well, excellent driveability, carries the weight really well.
Yesterday into the wind and current:

Maybe your dealer will work trade ins with you before they install. You can pick colors on the fxr select. They get volume pricing for having packages. That's why they are so competitively priced....
Yea... Mine was basically useless yesterday. I wound up just using it in landscape mode or nothing. Even DI is struggling right now.
Zxr does not have that net storage. When I had my zxr, I just used a collapsible net and tossed it on top of my gear in the center.
No issues with the dash. They just make more profit on zxr. I love the added creature comforts on my fxr over my previous zxr.
Mine is a 26 worked.
Grease the plug and it should go all the way in. I use marine grease, but they sell an on ring grease specifically for that.
Tempest works very well, too. I like mine. Very popular prop on skeeter, from what I've found.
Easiest way is to connect motor and graph to nmea network and view on your graph. If you have an fxr, it's already done. Just need to connect your graph.
I don't know...I just got the new vx and I'm not really impressed. It has more shading, big deal. I actually don't like the regular color patterns...
