I bought a used 12" HDS LIVE unit from a friend who had this unit installed on their Ranger boat. On the left hand side of the display, it has a section for controls that are specific to his Ranger...

My HDS 12 does the same thing. Kinda relieved to know it isn't just me, especially since I bought my unit used.

I have a 7'11" rod in my box. Fits with no problems. Running a 3 blade 24P stainless steel prop on mine. 115 HP Mercury Pro XS. I usually top out around 48-49 mph. Fastest I've gotten it was 51 mph....
