What I really like about the A/M 24 is its minimalist size. I wear it whenever I am in my boat and forget I have it on. The best PFD is worthless if you're not wearing it. When it comes to safety...

I use a 24v LiFePo for my 80 Ultrex on a 16 ft aluminum boat. I use Spotlock almost all day and have never run down the battery. I do recharge it after each fishing day. Good luck.
