Rabbit is by far the best, but not cheap. We live in Florida and have allergies. Air purifiers do help.

Artificials more of a challenge freshwater here but I mostly use shrimp etc. in the salt.

I was an air traffic controller from 1975 to 2005. (didn't strike in 1981). I spent about ten years in New York. There were always staffing shortages there. No one minded working at the towers...

I just read where they are out of places to park the super yachts down here in southeast Florida. A 50 foot sport fisherman isn't that big anymore.
