Leave out the unnecessary screws in the back. Ones on the bottom and the back bracket will hold just fine. That's what I did with mine, pointless to ruin your seats.

Sounds like growing pains. They do tons of R and D and testing, but field operation is what counts. Sounds like Yamaha is treating you right, but at the same time using you as a test bed so to speak....

Ive been catchin good quality fish for 2 weeks in the backs of coves around wood and docks. Caught about 10lbs tonight in one cove. Rig a Zoom Super Fluke on a 5-0 hook with a split shot about 7"...
