Found my problem.
A while back I had an issue with my ignition coil. I removed it to clean the ground and when I reinstalled it I did so upside down....1 and 3 were reversed...
Problem solved!
Only sat from 11/22 till now..........
After reviewing the manual, this is my understanding of the injector operation (not necessarily in this order):
1) the 40V is constant at the injectors from the PDP
2) the injectors are switched...
Agreed what would cause this? Can I disconnect the fuel input to 1 of these injectors? I assume the fuel supply to the injectors is constant and the injectors are switched on/off by the EMM...

Started Stb engine w/o any issues.
Started Port engine, took >6 attempts and need throttle...
It was actually corrosion under the ground.
I found a used one and the seller took it back........still honest/good people around!!
