Pretty healthy lake. One of my clubs will be fishing it twice this year, once April 2nd, once later. Slot limit can make it tricky to get a good limit. But some big ones to be had out there.

I don't fish for walleye. But they're dropping that lake stupid low again this year. Really changes up fishing on that lake. Last year we never got the rain and was low all year.

From what I'm told, it's unused excess oil and is common to build up. Also the gaskets in the plenum go bad commonly and is when you start seeing it leaking inside.
