I had a longer aluminum tray built by a local metal shop way back when I cut mine in. I did this almost 20 yrs ago when there were not many good recessed tray options on the market.
When I did my 02 I ordered the seats and console from Ranger, but it was before Johnny took over and cut old parts out at 15 yrs. This is by far the easy way if you can order it.

If it rolls, floats or has boobs you will have problems with it from time to time.
I used the Low profile one on my 02 520 for 20 yrs. My Father is still using his from 96. Durability over time of the Ranger Covers has been exceptional for storage use. They need a good cleaning...
As others have said don’t epoxy it. When I added mine it lost a couple mph too.
They tend to shrink over time. Ranger will sell you nice new soft trim edge by the foot if it’s not flexible any more. To just reattach, I used 3m black weatherstrip adhesive that I normally use on...
I had over 1500 hours on mine when sold to a buddy who is still running it. I loved that motor and it smelled better than my 4 stroke in the mornings.
The warn will last the longest and work every time you need it…at a cost. I put a smittybuilt on my last Raptor and it worked well for 10 yrs pulling out other people and tensioning trees to cut. ...
Preferred but not required at the current price of things. I caved on this rule to save a little on the last boat which was not white. I will always have a white truck.
First company I worked for gave out a paper bag with some fruit and a cookie. The corp office was by the parking garages and they had a nice fountain with a pool. The pool ended up having a few...

Simple, works well, and doesn’t take up much room.
I would re-string racquetball and tennis racquets. It paid about $20/hour working for myself a couple hours a day as a teenager in high school back in the 80s. It was also a good side job to help...
1 inch Velcro cut to length needed.
The insurance guys I know, who work insuring the Insurance companies, highly advise against it. No chance I would do that without the insurance company putting it in writing. It’s not worth...
Mine was installed incorrectly toward the rear of the motor and had the same issues. Moving the device to the front of the motor fixed it.
It’s all about the support. PP is the best at it. They both hold your boat.
Likely a Fuel pump relay. I chased one for a while on my 02 before I sold it. Should have started with the relay like my gut told me, but they are not cheap.
Mustang 3183 series
I have a couple in my boat with no accidental deployments in three years.
Shop vac works awesome and removes the dirt/pollen from the carpet at the same time. A fan or a ride will quickly dry it after the vac.
Best game this year! MIZ…….ZOU!
I use a Microsoft wireless adapter with the USB and HDMI to mirror my phone. Sometimes it’s for the weather, other times it’s for seeing highlights of whatever background game is on.
Dc power / cigarette plug by the driver would be my first thought. I used it to put power in the console of my 02 back in the day.
I would second that millennium butt seat suggestion. My 80+ yr old father fishes out of the back of my boat and can straddle that seat if it gets wavy. I use it in the summer fishing alone when...
Purkleen is the deal if vinegar and water won’t get it done. It makes those spots easy to remove, just remember to re-wax afterwards.
