One thing I really like about the new Tritons is they use rotary switches instead of a touch pad like the Rangers and Nitros have. I don't like the touch pad in my 2012 Triton at all.
They are slow though compared to Yamaha and Mercury.

Have you tried it flashed with the Yamaha prop? Those props give you good lift and you should be able to turn it 6000-6200 RPM and get 75 at least out of it. If not you have to change your setup some...
6200 RPM with a 25P prop only going 71 MPH means you have quite a bit of prop slip, about 15% which isn't good, if you can get down below 10 percent It will do much better.
How much stuff do you have on the bow and do you have lithium batteries in the rear? That boat should run high 70s at least with a flashed SHO on it.
I would flash that motor and stay with the SHO 3 blade.
Get one with an SHO and you will be good to go.
