I see 2 things that are questionable otherwise looks good.
1 Your transducer is way to low to the motor best is 6 to 7 in from top of motor up the safte to bottom of the bracket around the shaft....
Do you have a pic of the transducer on the TM YOu can take it with the TM on retracted on the bow. The transducer should be 7in from the top of the motor to the botom of the mount. If you can take...
