I have a 1994 stock 150. Water pressure gauge shows 18 psi at idle and pegged out at wot. No peeIng at all. Doesn't seem to be over heating. I've run on water hose and in water.

Motor cranks and runs fine. In water or on hose shows water pressure at 18 at idle and pegged when given gas.IT's
Not peeing! Doesn't seem to overheat.

I have original 2 cable steering on my 150. Steering has about 2-4 of slack before actually turning motor either way. Any suggestions to maybe tighten up or ranger of breaking?
