Switch to a 4 blade Bravo FS OR XS, 1" pitch higher, run the prop higher than the Tempest, should help prevent chine walk.
This is exactly what I had to do.....change the plugs at just over 100 hours. They all looked lean and fine.

If you do need better holeshot, pulling the plugs is kind of like revving the engine on a car and slipping the clutch...... you can run any number of plugs in there, none, 1 plug, all 4 plugs etc.
You want a 24" Bravo XS or FS, best all around prop you'll run and not much slower than the fury 3 on the top end (Bravo's like to be run high).

Depending on the boat you can go up a lot on the jackplate with a Bravo and yes go at least 1" pitch larger on the Bravo.
Just try pulling one plug at a time. you can run the prop with any number of plugs pulled out. I'd try that.
A 300R with torquemaster is the same price as the 300HP Pro XS. I see no reason for going Pro XS aside from extended warranty being cheaper.
