Most home improvement stores have it. I got mine at lowes. Its usually in the aisle that has all the trim wood accessories.

If youre starting out, Id try to PVC wood. You dont have to seal it before painting, its a lot easier to carve, and you wont have to add as much weight to zero in the sink rate.

I mix in dehydrated alcohol once the epoxy is mixed. I try make the portions about 60% epoxy and 40% alcohol. Im able to coat an entire 6 to 8 inch swimbait without the epoxy setting. Hope this helps.
