Very nice install, do you worry about getting caught in the rain?
That is a very sharp boat too, that red and yellow combo looks great.
no worries about it getting wet. the cd slot is covered and it has a waterproof foam piece that keeps it from getting wet. I have had it for about 6 months and washed the boat and fished in the rain. no problems yet. Its a kenwood marine radio that is waterproof. I bought it from Crutchfield. The antenna is on the side of the glove box and you cant see it unless you really look for it.

Good lookin boat. How difficult was the speaker install? Do you have a speaker on the other side as well?
The speaker was not hard at all to install. I did have to remove my seats and the gas tank cover to be able to route all the wires. And yes I have a speaker on the other side too. Here are some more pics and pics of the antenna

thanks for all the comments. I was hoping this might help someone out that was trying to think of where to install one on a stratos.
The reception is great. never had any problems, but if you needed better reception you can fold the antenna up towards the sky. I have always picked up every station i wanted to. But the stereo is a kenwood, not some generic off brand. i think that probably helps some.
