I had mine custom made by Aurora Canvas. They are just outside of Springfield , Mo. I took the boat there with a scheduled day and the cover was made that day. I picked the boat up that afternoon and returned home. They aren't cheap but I figure mine will last a minimum of 10 years so it will come in under $100 per year. I actually expect it to last longer than that since I keep the boat inside. Sometimes they will have some on clearance that will fit certain model champs. Ya just gotta call them to see and ya can't be picky on the color. Ya might be lucky and find one their that is the right color and on clearance also.
The other place I could suggest would be Deans in Arkansas I believe. Both companies have made custom covers for Champs for years and have a good reputation.
If you drive up to Aurora you can spend the day drooling at Bass Pro Shops while you are waiting.
Dean's are hard to beat very good fit on the one I ordered for my 202...I really like their motor covers that are separate from the boats cover.
Aurora and Dean's. They are the makers of all the factory custom covers and are also BBC sponsors! You can't do better!
That 203 is a great boat, Juan. Enjoy it!!!
Aurora will probably have a template for your boat if you let them know single or dual console and what trolling motor you have. If you a big ram mount on the console or the bow they would need to consider that also. It could probably save you a round trip. I know they do have some patterns for some of the Champ models. I'd give em a call.
Good post, Getfished!! They will need to know trolling motor shaft length as well as brand, too.
Thanks Lea. I got to thinking about what the gas bill would be for a round trip from Laredo, TX to Springfield, MO and if it was me I might consider a phone/mail order. That round trip would be some serious gas money towing a 203. I heard Texas was a big state. LOL.
I stopped there going home from Wisconsin on my way to Florida so it wasn't too awful of a detour.
Let me try to contact Aurora to give them the details and get a quote, thanks to all
I bought an Aurora cover made for a 21' Basscat on here for $150 shipped. It was like new and fits my 203 like a glove. I never did use mine as a travel cover for towing but this one is tight enough to work if I did.
Aurora is a sponsor here on BBC. Hang on and I'll check the list of sponsors and post the web site for you...

I won't be back up to the boat for a couple of weeks. It is black, no logos at all and fits my DC like a glove. Has a felt lining and the part for the trolling motor fits perfectly. I had a 206 with the Aurora cover and this one fits just as well. They make a great HD cover and they are not cheap. I was just lucky that this one fit so well.
I have a dean's cover on my 203...they are awesome.

If you guys don't mind I will post pics on my new Champion 203, it has several things to fix but the price I got it was $6,500 and I think it's a good price for a 1999 Champion 203, I was checking prices and all are 12,000 or more.... I like some help and opinions on the things to fix, I'm counting on you guys...It's my winter project.

What do you think for $6,500??
Really nice ! Looks like a lot of boat for the money. :thumb up2:
One of my favorite color combinations!!!!! You did good!!!:thumb up2:
I've got a deans in my 1999 203. It came a little short on the transom, but they took care of it right away and didn't charge me a dime for the alterations. Go with a deans.

Wish I would've got that for 6500.
