I love ESPN when they constantly show Davis throwing the ball down someones throat! Over and Over and Over. Oh, I also like when the show the #1 team in the country.

You'll love it too, when the kitties underachieve in the tourney, like they usually do. You will also love it when espn is talking over and over about how a couple of your seasons are being wiped away from the books, because of coach cal's cheating. 3- times is a charm!

The last time KU was in it was when they beat Memphis. If you're talking about UK, they were in the Final Four last year. And the Elight 8 the year before that. I'm pretty sure IU hasn't been in the tournament since 2008.

I think all of you IU fans are doing this season a MAJOR injustice by acting as if the only success you had was the last second victory over UK.

From a UK fan stand point (As I am a dies hard UK fan) the way I see it our big guy was a non factor, Jones whined more than he played, and yet it still took a last second three for us to get beat. Good learning game.

I just hope the NCAA puts IU in the first round against the CATS.

That would be some sweet justice just to truly show what they look like. The way the CATS are playing right now IU would be lucky to keep it under 20.

You don't want KY to get knocked out in the first round. I mean we know they always choke once they get in the tourney but hopefully they can atleast get past the first round.

Damn, I thought 4 years of being the NCAA door mat would humble IU fans. Guess all it takes is a couple of upset wins and finishing middle of the pack in your conference to get you guys gums bumping again. When IU has some REAL success, you know like MAKING the tourney and getting past the first week, come back and talk. Until then, enjoy mediocrity.

As long as getting to the top is done the right way we will enjoy it. All you have to do is get into the turney then we can see who will do better. Big 10 has a pretty hard conference this year so hopefully will have them ready for tourney time.

Oh now, come on all you self-righteous IU fans. Let's not talk about doing things the right way. We know you all don't give a damn about that. Let's all remember who just came off of NCAA probation and the reason why y'all have sucked for so long. You guys got knocked off your high horse and are down here with us scum sucking cheaters now. UK is doing it the right way. UK's not in any trouble, most of UK's former players are still going to school even though they are making millions in the NBA.

That is not doubt there. Even all the IU fans I work with know and admit that if we were to draw IU the game wouldn't even be close.

IU is better than they have been the last several years but they are still no where on the level of UK, UNC, or Duke. Outside of Assy Hall you've been spanked by your own conference.

And I play basketball ever week with a guy that is a die hard uk fan. I mean he bleeds blue. He says there is no doubt the uk star players are being paid under the table but he is just loving the great seasons. But it is just his opinion. And we all know opinions don't mean $hit!

Since we 'choked" last year in the FINAL FOUR and the year before that the ELITE EIGHT I sure am worried about this year... You know as I think about I will give you that cause see here in the BBN we hang CHAMPIONSHIP banners and not really celebrate the others.

I can remember when UK beat IU many years ago when IU was unbeaten at the time. Mid-east regional final if I remember correctly. Still can't get over them showing knights old lady crying before the end of the game. BTW....The odds are against UK taking it all and I personally don't think they will. You need experience which is something they lack. Now if they would stick around another year or two they might be able to win it all. We'll find out soon enough if they have what it takes to win it all.

Wow that game was so long ago. Cats played like crap, down a bunch and fought back to take the lead only to watch a last second heeve go in at the buzzer. Should have got beat by 15 but somehow almost won. Since, they are undefeated and the experience from the game is carrying them in the few close ones they have played since. IU, one the other hand, has not got any better and appeared to peak in December fighting for the middle of the pack in the big 10. Now, with all of that, who has benefitted the most? The difference between UK and IU is we do not hang our entire season on one game. We don't rush the floor in December and we don't let a lose to a middle of the pack team destroy our focus to what really matters. I dont know if the Cats can win a national title in March but I do know their out will not come from a team like Indiana. Congrats on your regular season win. Great day for your program. Shame the only benefit it might provide you this year is a seed somewhere between 7 and 10. Good luck and as always, Go Cats!

When IU chit on Knight the way they did I quit following IU sports period. I met him twice down at Patoka(Walls Ramp) many years ago when the place was loaded with big bluegills and redears which he liked to fish for. He was a good guy to talk to even though I was standing there with my UK hat on which he did look at but never said a word..We kept the conversation to fishing..I even told him and his buddy where to fish for them since they were starting to go on the beds. Later on in the day when I passed back by them they had done pretty good and thanked me and I haven't seen him fishing there since and I fish that part of the lake all the time.

Its not hard to take their money at all but living here is horrible. But I have to live where the work is.

You are one of the smartest Hoosiers I know. I was in Indy this last weekend and it was a pleasure to read an article in a local paper and the local author was talking about IU and how much better their season has been. Of course, he mentioned the UK game but he went on to say the IU peaked in December and UK is still peaking. He said if they played again it wouldn't even be close.

So there are a few Hoosiers with some sense, just not many.
