Has anyone used these for better sleep?
I take one every night, wake up feeling refreshed in the morning and ready to go. If I don't take one, my sleep sucks and I drag along the next morning.
Don't work but the real ones do!
What one exactly the best for better sleep and mg size
Wife does. They work well for her. They are unwind gummies
Unwind gummies contain 20mg of Indica THC, which makes them perfect for promoting relaxation and pain relief.
They ain’t cheap though. $120 for a tin
Sunmed woks for the Mrs.
I smoke but it’s the legal delta 8. The gummies didn’t work well for me. I like the bubba kush strain to quiet the mind.
come on up to Michigan. Great boating and fishing plus you can load up on the Legal Real Stuff. Be interesting to see how many Elite guys are heading south with a Stash.
CBD combined with melatonin definitely helps. A local pharm stand sells them in 50mg CBD, 5mg melatonin dose.
Now that I have been consuming cannabis for a few months based on my physician’s suggestion, I get the best, most restful sleep I can ever remember. Even better than when I first started CPAP. I haven’t ever consumed so much that I get perceptible visual disturbances or hallucinations, but it has definitely “fixed” the aphantasia I otherwise experience when unmedicated. Most people can close their eyes and visualize a boat, a fish, whatever. I can’t. There’s a lot of psychology attached to mental imagery (think: sports, like downhill skiers “seeing” the course in their mind over and over before attacking at race speed), and until I was 51 years old, I’d never been able to do it. Very cool, and I’m learning how to apply what I “see” while turning a piece of wood on the lathe *in my mind* when medicated, to the actual piece when I’m completely sober. I just try to focus on certain points in the process and I’m able to briefly envision flash images, but never any “video” -like sequencing. Pretty cool stuff, imo.
LOL- I was in Michigan in June and just this past week and loaded up!! What would cost me $40 in Illinois costs $5 in Michigan.
To answer the OP's question, CBD gummies are excellent for taking the edge off without making you high and giving you a great night sleep. I try not to take one every night but always will if I want to go to bed early especially if waking up early for fishing or if I'm feeling a little anxious due to work. Sativa, Indica, and hybrid strains will get you high AND a good night sleep if that is what you're looking for. You might feel a little foggy in the morning but after a cup of coffee, you'll be good to go. So much better than drinking.
How long does it take to kick in? If I want to be asleep at 10:00 P.M then pop one around 8 or 9?
Take it about an hour before you're ready for bed.
How do you light a gummy?
How ironic, D3 & zinc are the only 2 supplements I take. Vitamin D has been a game changer for me. In this region of the country we lose significant sun exposure from roughly November until April. For decades my body was a mess come March, last year I started on the D3 (10.000 IU) & 50mg zinc daily in the fall and it did me worlds of good. I ratcheted the D back to 5000 IU daily once spring came back. Most people in general are sorely lacking D and it’s a crucial vitamin.
Not to change subject but do the gummies give you weird dreams?
To the OP I took a benadryl last night after getting attacked by mosquitos weed wacking the yard perimiter. Slept like a baby which is not normal for me.
I like Koi Delta 8's. They will make you sleep incredible and there are some other good "side effects" in the bed room also. As for the dreams, I don't have weird ones, but do have incredibly vivid ones and can visualize things from a long time ago. It is like it unlocks the memory bank.
Drugs up in here!
I have always been a light weight when it comes to meds, smoking pot, or drinking. I right it off to my brain injuries. The dreams I get from my meds are like you say more vivid. Usually after I miss a dose or double on one. Some have been weird also. Especially when I took prednisone. Wish I had a video recorder rolling I would be a millionaire. I took classical guitar in my late teens. Never practiced enough to be accomplished. Man if I could play like I did in my dreams it would have been something. Same for creative wood work designs. I had some insane art nouveau dreams of furniture I made in my dreams. At the time I was interested in design and a fan of nouveau. The best dreams are the ones I am visited by my dad, mom and oldest brother who are all recently deceased. I wake up thinking they are still alive.
Cheech & Chong got you covered
My wife and I have been consuming CBD gummies, or more precisely CBN gummies, for several months now. CBN being a much milder cannabinoid.
Do these gummies help with sleep? Hell yeah. Since we started taking them, we've been sleeping like we're 20 again, but still waking up in our 50-year-old bodies.
As for where we buy them, we order online from stateofmindlabs.com.
Melatonin gummies work great for me.............
.......its alive!!
THC pot muffins work better
Guaranteed a big ole’ blunt will take care of the sleep issue…..you may wake up two days after.
.
I can't tolerate any kind of smoke, I just cough so much that I get sore ribs and neck spasms. Gummies sounds like the way to go for me.
These come 10 to a pack. 50mg each gummie, I cut them in half. Nice warm glow after about 45 minutes to an hour and a great night's sleep.

Same!
With a discounted price, I bought an entry level dry flower vape. It heats the plant up without getting to combustion temperatures; therefore, you don’t get any smoke when using one, just vapor. I can tell a noticeable difference between using an oil vape cart and the dry flower vape. It’s much better dry vaping. You can vape at different temperatures to target specific cannabis compounds and their usual effects, helping to tailor the treatment for specific needs. I used the cheap one for two months before breaking down and buying a spendy one with more power. I’d recommend anybody interested in seeing if dry vaping is for you, to consider trying a cheap one first. Cheap ones can be had for around $50, but the cheap ones from the better companies are about $100…discounted to $50-75, but will hold up longer than the full price junky cheap one.
You can crank the temps up to pretty close to combustion, and get all of the same psychoactive cannabinoids as smoking flower, but without all the tar and carcinogens from combustion. The hot air (425F) coming across the plant has a little time to cool before you inhale it, but it can be harsh on the back of your throat (not in the lungs because it’s cooled even more by then). Vaping it those temps through a water piece makes it very smooth and no throat irritation at all.
Lol love reading posts like this. Seems like people are becoming more open minded to the fact that weed isn't just for stoners. I have had sleep issues my entire life and weed is a lot easier on the mind and body for me than prescription medication or even melatonin (always feel groggy the next morning). A gummy a few evenings a week help provide 6 or 7 hours of sleep with out my braining running 100 mph keeping me up all night.
