Hi Andrew, been monitoring your website for some time now watching for the 12V 30AH Lithium Starter Battery to come back in stock. Do you have any estimate or timeline of that particular battery coming in?
Appreciate the quick response! Hope you have an awesome 2023!
Andy,
I love your product and more important that you don't use that hard sell used car salesman tactics.
I have 4 of your batteries and I really like them.
But I think you lowered yourself when you say you're guaranteed to run smoother, faster, and longer with more power pickup and pep.
What is the actual specific warranty on an Ionic 12v125ah cranking battery?
I ask because there is lots of info. thrown around on BBC about the industry best 10 yr or 15 yr non-prorated warranty but when looking at the fine print that only applies to deep cycle 40ah or less in some cases. So a lot of that warranty talk is misleading to me because I think most people are buying larger lithiums in most cases and the warranty is less than advertised.
Period of Coverage: from 30ah and up deep cycle including the 100ah/125ah dual purpose starting battery's and golf cart batteries
First 30 days - Refund of original purchase price with return of battery
30 days to 5 Years - LithiumHub will repair battery free of charge. If repair is not possible battery replacement will be provided.
5 years to 8 years - LithiumHub will repair or replace battery with a service charge of $150 per battery.
8 years to 11 years - Replacement discount offer of 30% on a similar product valid for 30 days from notification.
the lawn mower , sideby side batteries are 5 years
Lawn mower and SxS Li batteries???? Dam, didnt see that.....:thumb up2: :beers:
Does the consumer pay the return shipping for warranty inspection/repair/replacement?
Thanks for the info, looking to make the jump to lithium. Currently running a Northstar 31 series AGM for my cranking and all other electronics on the boat. From what I’ve read, the 125ah cranking battery would do well.
after some troubleshooting by using the app or volt meter if tech decides the battery is in need of repair IONIC will pay for shipping both ways for 8 years
Ionic will email you a shipping label but you are responsible for providing a suitable box and getting the battery to UPS
I recommend saving one box just in case you ever needed it
if you break a battery you pay shipping or if you send in a battery that turns out not to be anything wrong then you may be charged shipping
PM sent.....
Just ordered a couple of the 50ah!! Super exciting!!! Thanks again, Drew!!

Hey Drew, got my batteries and tray today!! Thanks for the fast shipping!! Do I need to register the batteries for the warranty to start? LMK thanks!!
So I just fished my first tournament with my ionics that I bought from Drewcraft. I went with a 125 ah cranking/trolling and 2 100 ah trollers. My cranking battery is also my 3rd trolling battery. Fished from 6:45 to 3:15 running live wells, 2 helix 10’s, and power poles all day and minimal running on the big motor. All 3 of my batteries had 90% remaining at the end of the day according to the blue tooth app.
I am impressed! Also greatly improved my holeshot by removing 130 lbs.
Can't recommend Andy and Drewcraft enough. Helped me with many questions/decsions during the purchase process as well as support when installing, etc. I went with the 125ah and 3 50ah, cables, Drews Trays and a MK 460PCL. As others have posted, haven't been able to put a dent in them running 4x Lives, AT, Pole Mount, 3D, PP, etc... Couldn't be happier with the switch.
bump for a great product and customer service
Andy sells lots of other stuff besides Ionics. My go to guy for my boats needs!!:thumb up2:
What size would be best for Minn Kota Ultrex 112 iPilotlink?
Andy is the expert, but I can tell you a 5-6 hour day won't even put a dent in 3x50ah Ionic setup on lake fishing in my experiences. I routinly come off the water after a "half day" with 85-90% capacity still. But I am running a Ghost. Ultrex (non-brushless) will use up more juice, but how much I really don't know.
Will be looking to buy a 125ah cranking/electronics battery for this upcoming season.
Is there any upcoming sales events or pricing changes better/worse in the next couple months?
Does Ionic use prismatic type pouch batteries?
Ordered on Wednesday received today at the door. Discount code worked great. Busy with military stuff all weekend but can’t wait to try it out.
Another shout-out to Drewtick. Answered all my questions before purchase, great deal on the batteries with quick shipping. Great experience overall....

Speaking of Ionics, is anyone using the Stealth 1 system with their Ionics? Andy has been great in replying to my emails but I am trying to decide whether to purchase an Ionic 4 bank charger or the Stealth 1 DC/AC system for a 3-50aH & 125aH Ionic battery package. Any recommendations or first hand experience with the Stealth 1? Will it provide the optimal charge for a lithium battery?
I just installed 3 50ah batteries and a 125 ah starter and new battery trays. I haven't downloaded the manual yet so I'm not sure if they are Bluetooth or not. I love the weight savings.
