Lots of exterior extras like a steel billet grille, dual out rear exhaust, ground effects, custom paint, power sliding back glass, and a bunch of other stuff I can't think of right now.

This rig has taken me all across the country pulling my Ranger, this year more than any! This picture was taken this past June coming back from Oneida Lake, NY, at a side stop for some sight seeing at Niagara Falls...this was in the park's parking lot. I can't say enough about Ford and it's F-150! I have babied this ol' girl and she's given me 100,000+ miles of uninterrupted service...I can't imagine having anything but a Ford!
