well the tournament is tomorrow i will post what the results are. did anyone hear about the tournment out of stokes last weekend? i heard that it took 24 lbs to win and it was said that they were all caught in a lake! i think 17 lbs was second place.

yes a boy from my club was in that tourn. and they took 5th would have had 3rd if the 6 pounder would not have jumped out when he was tryin to cull

i am only tryin to help out my fishin pals with only good info. i am not scared to tell u what i catch them on you still have to catch them! the tournament sucked yesterday http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthdown.gif there were 20 people who zeroed out. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif i only caught 3 with 1 keeper. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/crying.gif first place was only 6 lbs with one of the fish being 5lbs and he caught it right at the boat ramp
Took my dad out this morning. My best five went around 8 lbs and we caught 15-20 fish between the two of us. No monsters but a few 2 lb keepers. Good day with the outgoing tide all morning. Should of fished that tournament. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif

Please keep us posted on any issues and, if you keep track of it, mpg #'s. I couldn't believe how quick the truck was when I drove it - both accelerating and stopping. It's definitely a great truck.

Skeeetinskeeter's name is Justin don't know his last name. He fishes with Bryan County.. He's got a 17 or 18 ft skeeter that is white with red and black trim. So he is a real person but don't know anything else about him.

All  Sorry I havenÂt been posting much but the job keeps me busy. We are settled in and Barbie is working hard getting the house just right. We still have a long way to go. Boy do I miss my garage on my Savannah house. The boat fits in my current one, but it has to go at an angle and there isnÂt much play room. IÂve been out on the Potomac a few times and it is a really good fishery. If you find grass you will find bass. I even managed to win the ABA event 15 July. Not bad for having limited knowledge of the river. IÂve hooked up w/ a few good folks from BBC, specifically Gunny and Carlos Hathcock. I think we will like it here.

Great to hear that you're doing well. I've never fished it, but the Potomac seems like a great fishery. Things here are, well, as crappy as ever, but what can you do. I just count down every day and think of getting back to the States, getting another boat, and fishing again. Take care,

To say I'm tired of being over here would be an understatement. Oh well, I have this board, fishing videos and magazines as my escape. The only goodness (if you can call it that) about being over here is saving $$ to get a new boat when I get back. I'm scheduled to come home on R&R in March, so I may be looking for a back seat for a day on the river if you're willing.
