After reading the PP charge literature and published operational specifications when it was introduced I determined it was another expensive Ginsu knife for bass fisherman. The average fisherman just doesn't run the big engine enough to disperse alternator charging effectively to multiple batteries. Our power hungry electronics draw on the house battery requires that alternator to constantly charge it with none to spare for anything else. That's why the previous Stay-N-Charge and others didn't make it.

My charger with alligator clips is still working well. I use a noco three bank and single bank with traveling, and 4 individual Odyssey chargers when in the garage. The Odyssey chargers I have aren't weather proof. Their newer models are better in the weather, but I still don't trust them as much as the noco in the rain. https://www.odysseybattery.com/battery-chargers/ Glad to see you are still posting Mike.
