It's not on your card and the Web App has all the current maps. It was opened in 2010. That is when the Navionics Freshest Data program started and evidently there has been little or no requests to Navionics to include it in their data.Quote:

I have a new Navionics Premium East card. Is this a normal picture? On the Lowrance Insight (built in) I can see Highways,etc. This just looks funny to me.
This card is in a HDS 7 Gen 2 and I have Navionics selected in "chart options"

You are zoom way too far
Navionics are marine maps so you won't see much of earth infos except on the Platinium
I can zoom in to 50' and never see any Interstates, etc. Is that normal not to see Highways?Quote:

I've got s Navionics Platinum South card MSD/HMPT-S6 and I've had it since April of this year. I have updated it once with the chart installer and wanted to do it again. I unlock it and put it in my computer and I can't even sign in like I have before on the Nav site. Can't get anywhere on the site. Any help would be appreciated.

Finally got it to work thru Internet Explorer...actually good until mid February. Wouldn't work in Google Chrome.
Mine does the same thing. It has to do with the "settings" in Chrome. You have to go in under "tools" and clear the cache, i.e., erase the cookies. Lowrances Insight Genisis is the same way sometimes.

Paul: I need your help. Bought boat w/ 2 HDS Gen 2 that are networked. Updated one w/ 3.5 software and the other will not upload. Console unit will update and bow will not. In the bow unit I have: 1. removed the Navionics card, 2. tried both card slots, 3. switched unit from bow to console, 4. reformatted SD card and redownloaded 3.5 update & 5 done multiple soft resets. This is tough on a old fella, what else can I do? Is there an internal setting that might keep it from updating? Can I have it update w/ the unit on (vs. hoping it starts to update when I turn it on)? Thanks, Bill
I'm not Paul but I will ask you if you unplug the ethernet cable when updating the units. 1st you should check the version of software on both unit:
Menu-Systmen-About and you should see the software version.
Andre: I updated the console unit to 3.5 from 2.1, The bow is still 2.1. I have not tried updating w/ the ether net cable unplugged. Should I only unplug this cable. This the small black screw lock cable on the far right looking from the back correct? Thank you in advance.
Looks like you are on a NMEA2000 network, so give a try with the black connector unplug. If you decide to buy a Ethernet cable (yellow end) you will be able to share one map on 2 units.
