This is the Florida definition of murder, does it fit?

Florida law defines murder as:

The unlawful killing of a human being:

When perpetrated from a premeditated design to effect the death of the person killed or any human being;
When committed by a person engaged in the perpetration of, or in the attempt to perpetrate, any serious felony (sic).


What about manslaughter?

Florida law defines manslaughter as:

Not as "cut and dried" as many would believe.

Who WANTS to kill someone for no reason? (esp when they have no prior record of any sort). Thats a HUGE mess regardless of who you kill or why.

Why wont they use a more recent pic of the "kid"? Do even they know he looked like a thug? Or were all of his in gang colors, throwing signs, holding drugs or alcohol?! I'll admit murder might have been a poor choice of words. My point was, Someone was killed and without public outcry, one man's word of the death would have been accepted as truth. Does any one on here not want a trial to find out what happened?

No, I want an investigation to determine what happened, then a trial IF it's determined that a crime may have been committed. Trials are not fact finding procedures. Zimmerman has not been charged because the District Attorney did not believe there was enough evidence of wrongdoing to file the case. He has since recused himself and a Special Counsel is reviewing the case. The Special Counsel may well come to the same conclusion. What then?

It wasnt one mans word. There was a witness that saw the shooter on his back yelling for help. The shooter had a broken nose and lacerations to the back of hs head. I think some of the folks on here should read and educate themselves before passing judgement on people. Sure I am all for a trial. Tell that to the black panther, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and all the other people that have already convicted the guy and want him arrested.

It is not one man's word. There is an eyewitness besides the shooter that saw the whole event take place. You probably won't hear that from the media - it would be too embarassing for them since they have so rushed to judgement like alot of others.

And yes Spike Lee and everyone else that tweeted the address should be arrested for trying incite violence and forced to pay for the couple's relocation and mental anguish and anything else they can sue for. Even if it was the proper address, they should be arrested for trying to incite violence.
