Yeah I watch Zona's show because of the entertainment. But you're not really going to get taught a lot of stuff. It seems most fishing shows are that way now. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/ohwell.gif
Now, if I want to learn stuff, I usually stick to reading books. </td></tr></table>
Zona's show is top notch, its entertaining and funny as we all know. But on top of that his sponsors products are not the focal point he might mention them a few times but thats it. Its as real as it gets, even if they have a tough trip he shows it. To say you wont learn anything from his show is untrue imo. The first episode this season for example he let the cat out of the bag with the flogger while filming in the holy land of northern michigan catching giant smallmouth. The majority of the country didnt have a clue until then. Its essential in clear water bed fishing when sight fishing conditions are not ideal. Outside of that he always explains what he is doing and why. Maybe some of you guys should pay more attention.
You want to learn something from another show check out hook and look with kim stricker. The format is fish then dive to see what the fish he is catching are relating to and why. Very very interesting show that helps you understand whats going on below the surface that we would never know otherwise.
