I've had mine since the mid 90's, got the ring, a hat, and some tackle that has since been used/lost. I do like the conservation stuff in BT, the mag is just chocked full of ads now. Is it a lack of outdoor writers or is B.A.S.S. just trying to save some bucks? NAFC has gotten really bad also, only takes like 15 minutes to read it cover to cover, that is when they publish one now.
