Here are my 2 cards. They look identical to me, but only 1(ZLC1REAR- which I saved from the graph to this card first) shows the graphing info while in the graphs(Helix 9SI's) that I took with Auto Chart Live.

I don't know why it doesn't work for you, I would call LakeMaster to see if they can solve it.
You should check the root of both SD cards and make sure they are the same too.
Just because you don't see any files does not mean that they aren't there. Use these steps to see if there are any hidden files in those folders:

Hey guys I just bought autochart. I've read this whole thread and feel obligated to share a few things to help others. I ordered autochart on 3/12/16 and received a standard sd card. Which I can't use because I have a helix. I called support and they were very efficient within a week and a half I had the micro sd. My PC runs Windows Vista. I first was receiving a error message when trying to launch autochart after installing. I read other threads about changing the WMI on windows. I tried that and didn't work. I dug deep in the back room and found my reinstall cd for vista. I reinstalled vista and was able to get autochart to launch. I registered the product using all caps and the dashes for the serial number. I downloaded the most recent update for autochart. To unhide the tutorial on autchart I searched folder options, then went to veiw, and clicked show hidded files. After all of this I realized I didn't have a world map!! So after rereinstalling vista here is the sequence that others should follow. Install vista, connect to internet, go to start update windows, install autochart, update autochart. I hope this helps some one
yes
I was using an ONIX.
I just bought 2 helix 10s and a zero line card. In the box it mentioned downloading to computer, would I have to do that since the new helix has auto chart live?
Boy do I feel stupid. While playing around with my 2 Helix 9's and 2 Zero Line cards, I realized something. You must have the settings in Auto Chart Live set to 1 foot intervals(the same as what you made your map at) for it to read the data off of the copied ZLC. Thanks to everyone who has helped, my 2 cards did all along both have all of my mapping data. I was just the dumb one!
Glad I got it working and thanks to everyone who helped!
Jeff
At least you have helped others so they don't go thru the same trouble!
:thumb up2:
Thanks guys- forgot to mention that with my new graphs I marked and caught my new US PB off a hump in 18 FOW
