They have a You Tube Fishing Show that BBCer's watch though some won't admit to it.

They are Living the Dream traveling around fishing and making fishing videos.

I also heard they are kind to dogs as well as little kids plus they never try to run their boat on land, wear better looking shorts than Biffle and will "Never Give Up" making videos that get them free publicity on the BBC.

Just out of curiosity, I clicked on one of their videos the other day. I made it through about 30 seconds.

Wherein the heck does this new generation stay when fishing? Doesn't look like our motels looks like Paris Hilton lol. Yes probably not used to boats running cords across there sidewalks geez.

:laugh: He has thick skin. I saw him at the Topeka Sports show last week. He was manning the Z-man booth and was doing fine.

Had to unplug some Christmas lights at motel near Table Rock this fall to plug my boat in. No one got too excited or called the law. Plugged the the lights back in the next morning.

That's the first time I've watched more than about 40 seconds of the Googans they are not even in the same Universe as Ike-O

I did watch his new show on National Geographic and liked it if that counts for anything?

I thought they were allowed by the manager during the day and the night manager threw a fit.

I watched to see what in the world happened. It appeared to be a pissing match between Perick and the manager. If Perick had handled it differently they could have just stayed. The manager seemed to have a stick up his rear and wanted to make a point.

I wouldnt say Perick was disrespectful or rude but he hasent learned you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar.

I heard of these guys and while watching some youtube videos it brought up some of theirs. I tried to watch a couple and never made it through more than 20-30 sec. They just are not for me. Dumb stuff.

Wasjust in one of the local tackel shops, they had Googan baits displayed right when you walk inthe door.

Peric got the group of them thrown out of a pet store, a restaurant...no doubt he got them thrown out of here. Why? I bet if you look at his channel, his videos with the most views involve him getting thrown out of someplace, getting into an argument or fight, etc. That's his schtick. He causes problems. He could have put the camera down and dealt with the manager like an adult, but he wanted to generate views on his video (after all, more views on his video to the end = more money in his pocket) so he did what makes him the most money. I watched them a little bit long before they were the "Googan squad"...well, Jon B and Peric were/are annoying. Lunkers had a few good videos using his pool, that's about it.

It's you tube and I guess people like watching stuff like that. I think they could actualy grow up and make great fishing videos with out the b.s.. However I'm sure the youth viewer ship might drop.

Now I'm going to Lake Anna the end of the month. We have been upfront and found a place to let is charge our boat. We had to call around to find one but we did. The next step is to double check prior to checking in. Then we always get it in writing just in case the shift change did it get the message.

I guess conflict and viral you tube videos sell right now especial to kids.

I don't hate them. They are doing their thing. Kids love them and they make money off these kids so that's fair. It is to the point I don't care what they do.

In my days stupid youth things where private and I'm glad because none it comes back to bite me in the backside today. I was no saint but I was smart enough not to tell the world.
