I also belong to the Hollywood Heights Bassmasters http://www.hhbass.com they are a great club and they fish 3-5 lakes per year at the smaller HP lakes in So. Illinois and around the same number of unlimited HP lakes.
Both great clubs and each one offers something a little different depending on what you like. Both of them will be at the Lets Go Fishing show at the Gateway Center in Collinsville Jan 8-10, 2010. http://www.letsgoshows.com/

Steel City has about 75 members. You'd be welcome to join us but I don't think we are considered a small club.
Rudeman. When is Steel City going to update their web page for the 2010 season?
I was in the Champaign-Urbana club for 4 years. I was also at the U of I when that club got started and served as president for a couple years. After transferring to SIUC, I started the Saluki Bassers. It's really cool to see how far both of those clubs have progressed since then.
Now I'm living in NE Missouri and have joined a club here. I still miss fishing with and hanging out with the guys in the CU Bass club. There are a lot of great people in that club. Maybe one of these days I'll make it back! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/glasses.gif

Are you fishing BFL again this yr or just club?
I was fishing Capitol City but will only be doing Illini Div for now.

Hey, Mark. Golconda doesn't work so well for me. It's a 7+ hour drive and I'll probably be down there for the BFL the weekend after you guys. I don't want to make that drive two weekends in a row.
Maybe I'll send a few of you some lists of stuff to try so you all can "pre-fish" for me. Be sure to shake them off, though. If they won't let go and you do catch them, don't stick them in the livewell. Toss them back and enter a waypoint.
