Thats my only concern Greg. But if it is too a little too lose its ok. I will use it in the summer. Right now my favoritye prop is a 26 bullet cut over the hub for the summer. I think that 24 will out perform it. Most the lakes I fish arn't big enough to take advantage of big top end #. If it's not enough I will get a 25.

Yes! This is the best all around prop I've run on my boat. I didn't think it would be enough pitch but its perfect for the summer. I'm gonna get a 25 for the winter. I've not run a prop that cleans the whole boat as well as this one does.
I'm running a 24txp 4blade on my Ally. You can modify the prop without touching the blades to get an awesome holeshot. Is it bogging or slipping on takeoff.
ok inlighten me cause there's 4 pvs holein it now with no plugs in the 24. It's ok out of the hole but still bogs alittle. It doesn't lauch like im use to on my boat. I know even a 25 is gona suck out of the hole.
Chad is prolly talking about cutting off the lab seal to let the prop vent harder.
when you say lab seal, are you talking about the step in the pvs holes? so just open them up more?
No, It's the step in the prop that goes into the LU some.
aaahhhhh hhaaa! so take the whole step off or just half to start off with? May be i need to call and talk to someone before i start grinding away.
Cut it with a dremel Beez.....
Cut off the entire recessed barrell. If it still bogs after, cut slots from the pvs holes foward.
Cool. I will do it. I got to run it yesterday fully loaded with a 250lb guy in the boat with me. That boat was loaded down and it still performed awesome. I'm gona cut it today. This should fix my problem loading it on the trailer too.
Thanks for the tip!
