This is a sharp rig. I like the way you had the capet edges done in black. I did that on my boat and it really gives it a finished look in my opnion.. Good luck with your sale. Beautiful rig http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif

I have wanted this boat since you first posted it. But I keep getting laid off.
23,000.00 is worth every penny in my opinion. I know what I paid for my boat/trailer 2+2 combo in 2009 as a new left over 2008. This one for sale, albeit a 2003 used, has hydraulic steering which comes factory now and more of the goodies than mine did...smartcraft etc., stealth etc., on and on...
I felt very fortunate to have been able to purchase mine when I did at the price I paid. Darth even backed off mine at the time so i could grab it...now he has to take a back seat again...sorry Darth.....If I remember correctly you were building a house at the time??
merec106, you will eventually sell it...it is just a bad economy right now...
I just sold a 2003 to save up to buy a 21fter. Like many just not enough funds to pull trigger today. I just hope when i am ready in 6-9 months there is a boat like this available.
Financing available with good credit
just hold on it for a couple more years for
Just curious as to what other boat your wanting. You already have the finest boat on the planet!

I would love to updgrade to an xb21 prosport or 2+2 someday...or are you asking the original poster
Yeah I was asking the original poster what kind of new boat he is wanting
Looking at getting one more xb2003 before they are gone. But you can bank on it will be an Allison and I will be back to a xb-21 after I get my crazy side satisfied
I have a question regarding your Allison for sale, what do you think the speed would be with a 225 Johnson carb. motor, I would have to use my old motor off my Storm and that was going around 74 mph. I was just woundering because this is the type of Allison I would like, It would be so much easier taking the kids out with the 4 seats.... Any info would help, ie what would need to be changed for the Johnson etc.
I have never owned one but would love to get my hands on one.... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/devil.gif
What do you mean before they are gone? Are they gonna quit building that model?
December 31, 2011 will be the end of new XB2003's.

Somedays, I wonder what one would have been like to own. I liked how the deck lids opened and the overall shape. I know they could be a little tippy, but that's part of the deal on that boat. C&O had a very cool looking '08 XB2002 that they rigged a 225X on. I think it was red, black and yellow and had a dual axle trailer. It was a stunning boat.
Duane,
You would be suprised at how "untippy" the 03's are. They're a blast to drive and handle water conditions that will slow bigger boats down.
Lee, wow, I just realized I was thinking of my friend's XB2002 and the XB2002 I saw at C&O. I know better but got the models confused. You're right, the XB2003's are completely different. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/embarassed.gif
sfstorm,I have an old school 225 ProMax and solo with all my stuff and full gas hitting 87.5MPH. And that is not running on the edge either. there may be more with more setup.
You could always up the power plant later.
Thanks for the input about the speed AllyFishing, Heck I would be more then happy to run 80 mph but it sure sounds like she will do a little better then that with tthe right setup.... I can't wait to get her home...... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/smile.gif
Are yo buying merc106's 2003 XB21 2+2? If so your are getting one heck of a deal!!
Yu will love it.
Would a 175 efi work on that boat? Could it get on pad?
