The offending connector. Messed with me ALL summer.
Got out on the bay, it was about 50, had it up to 60/5600 rpms with light bay chop, did not seem to want to trim nose up, and was steering funny, realized my tabs were stuck down.
Had a good ride, ran about 20 miles, cruises at 40, lots of punch. Went home and fixed tabs etc, went out with son, on Casco Bay ME again, ran it up to 63 and ran out of fuel. Seems the fuel gage was lying...took out sender etc, and bone dry. Fortunately the 3 hp YamaKicker was hanging there for such occasions. Unfortunately it ran out of fuel too. I got the bright idea of dumping the fuel filter residual fuel in the tank, it was enough to cruise back to shore.
Misadventures of boat rigging and building, seems like a clown show.
That engine runs so good it blew the smile way back past my wisdom teeth!!!
Worlds biggest yacht Jewel of the Seas was in Portland harbor
Has 80 suites privately owned and circles the globe continuously . To the left of the stern shot is David Geffins' biggest yacht too, I guess Portland ME has arrived.
