No, would rather fish missouri lakes and leave off the KS lakes.
I would if it was weigh in....
Leave Cedar Bluff on, it still has plenty of good bass in it just have to fish it in May or June for the best success.
My personal experience the lakes that have an 18" length limit arn't worth fishing anyway. Get rid of them so you don't have to mess with bass pass. Lakes: Wilson, Cedar Bluff, Milford, El Dorado to start.
Don't know are Perry and Pomona 18" lakes? Hillsdale, Melvern, and Big Hill are 18" Never fished Hillsdale but Melvern and Big Hill suck anyway.
Also some don't have the luxury of living on the border so they can go fish in MO when ever they please.

Wait a few years and your going to see some kick ass bass fishing. Norton, Kirwin, and Webster have all filled back up and the bass populations will be like they used to be before the drought.
Glen Elder or Lake Waconda for some, has some really good numbers of smallies in it right now, as well as quality.

As the Tournament Director for the LARGEST BASS affiliated club in the state of Kansas I can tell you that we (as a non profit organization) cannot afford to adehere to the restictions the state has placed on weigh in tournaments. Spcefically the initial expense of purchasing:
-one weigh-in tank (see KDWP weigh-in system requirements) filled with electrolyte chemical and outfitted with re-circulation and aeration accessories for every twenty-five (25) registered anglers. (say you draw 200 boats, thats 400 registered anglers, now you're required to have 16 holding tanks (weigh-in tank)filled with electrolyte chemical and outfitted with re-circulation and aeration accessories)
-Require every angler or team of anglers to add electrolyte chemical regardless of the conditions (if I require it, I had better furnish it)
-a portable awning or event tent is required
-NONIODIZED SALT DIP. For tournament organizations using release boats, trucks or trailers the water in the holding tanks will be a 0.5% salt solution. This solution is made by adding noniodized salt at a rate of 1/3 cup per 5 gallons of water. For events where bass are released directly back into the tournament waters, the salt dip procedure described below is required.
a. A 3 percent salt solution is made by mixing 3.5 pounds of noniodized salt to each 15 gallons of water.
-A utility sink is mentioned for the salt dip as well as ice and a basket... more money...
-Boats participating in the tournament must be easily identified with one or more vessel decals or signs that clearly state that each individual in the vessel is participating in a registered and permitted tournament. (one or more, again assuming you draw 200 boats, you need to purchase a minimum of 400 signs or decals)
Its not worth it to me, but again, you're free to do as you see fit.

As for the holding tanks, it says 1 tank for every 25 anglers... Does this ratio assume 25 anglers each with their own limit of up to 5 bass? Being a team deal maybe it would be just 1 tank for every 25 BOATS?????

And when's the last time you fished them? There are a lot more lakes that are better than those two.

It could be interpreted as 1 tank for every 25 5 fish limits

I meant to keep Cedar Bluff, Wilson, Milford, and El Dorado for lakes to fish.
