Our postal service is so efficient

I didn't think I was ever going to receive my different front glow sights for different pistols that I ordered. But they finally got here with not as many regions of United States as your package has been to.:eek: And that much time didn't go by before I did finally get them.
Got some installed. 1 I have to figure out who I am going to get to install it, because I am not going to buy the tool.

Yes it is. They have to deliver what was sent.

Feb 23 to March 28. I hope they fed it.

On top of this, not long ago the usps increased their postal rates to get this kind of service. Got to love it.

My recent purchase went from Milton, Pensacola, Tallahassee, Jacksonville Fl, Palmetto Ga, 2 stops in Huntsville Al, then delivered.

That's efficiency at it's finest. Crazy for sure.

I used to get my annual BPS Master catalog in the mail (mid summer) and it looked like every fisherman at the postal sorting facility had gone through it ! They stopped sending these flyers about 4-5 years ago for our local BPS/Cabela's stores.

We went to the PO today to mail out our eldest sons birthday present. It weighed 4.6#. I told the wife just let me make you a label off my Pirateship for the apiary and she said she didn't have a box.
Whatever. Get to the PO and they figure it up and it's $19.85 + Priority mail box. I could have sent it for 6.92 on UPS with delivery Tuesday (same as PO) and made a box out of cardboard I have but she said no. UGH!

I am awaiting some rod sleeves that have been all over Gods creation with USPS, hope they get here soon. Were supposed to be here already.

A rod blank went AWOL in Indy for over a month. Just showed up at the house one day.

Ordered 2 shirts off amazon for an employee and needed them ASAP for an event. Free overnight and they were on the doorstep at 1030 AM.

Ordered a grill cover from them a few days ago. They sent it USPS. Got a delivery notice at 1100 AM. Nothing there. About 5 PM a woman drops it off to me. It went to her house with the same number, different street.

I bought some lure blanks from Get Bit and they were to be shipped from WI to SC on February 28th. They arrived at St. Paul MN on 3/2 and have been there ever since. Tracking just says to be delivered 3/6 arriving late.

well the last 5 years you've had Donnies right hand mega donor as PMG. isn't that the kind of folks y'all wanted to run things? He's had plenty of time to turn it around. But I'd argue that service has only gotten worse during his tenure.

Not one dollar of taxpayers money goes to the post office. It's run like a nonprofit. Revenue from stamps pay all the bills, that is up until 2006 when they signed legislation forcing them to repay retirement funds 75 years out in advance, making them look bad so privatize is the only answer. Give it to yours buddies to run and watch the shipping rates double. The post office is the only thing holding rates in check.

Don’t doubt this one bit. Just think the USPS should charge more for unsolicited advertising and mail not requested. Not sure how but there has to be a way.
Until a year or so ago, USPS was solid in my area. 3-5 days tops. Couple of weeks for a package at the present time.

True but the postal service is mandated by Congress to do certain things. Like 6 days a week delivery. There are probably a lot more mandates that need to b fixed by Congress

Yea I didn’t quite understand the reason behind that retirement funding deal. Why not just make them fund their retirement like any other business

If no taxpayer money is used to fund the USPS but in 2024 they reported a 9.5 BILLION Dollar loss in 2024, how does that work?

And today it's Social Security, make it look so bad that the only answer is to give it to Wall Street. But today is not new, 2006 was more of the same. Wisconsin once raided the Wisconsin pension fund but was forced to put it back. Just follow the money....
