Definitely not seeing a flashed anything Cat passing him but regardless I don’t understand the speed deal. So dumb. Just don’t understand the go fast crowd

Not for me. Although I run a slow Ranger if I take a new person fishing I always tell them being safe and enjoying the day is my top priority.
To that end I tell them if they feel uncomfortable in any way when we are on plane just tap my shoulder and I will slow down.
I have been a Marshall in several B.A.S.S. events and although I enjoyed doing it I quit because of the actions of one of my "PROS" who shall remain nameless because of how he ran the boat.
Did they catch anything?
First 10 boats he passed were fish and ski or walleye boats:laugh:
I kinda of figured they didn't win but kinda curious if they weighed in?
Used to run like that back in the day ----NO MORE
got that out of my system long time ago but good for him
From someone with a fast boat to all of us who think we have a fast boat. The acceleration past some of those boats was amazing.
Their port, your starboard. :thumb up2: Originally I should have typed "the" instead of "their".
He passed the last boat to his port the other boat's starboard very closely. In the comments on the video the driver stated that the last boat was his friend, that's why he passed him so closely. (As if it's better to get into a boating accident at 90+ with your friend.)
I hate hate hate running in them wakes….
Didn’t see anything too egregious there…maybe a pass or two slightly close. The guy looked like he can drive…slowed down for the wakes. Little risky if a guy decides to turn into a cove/creek when you’re passing him. Overall just a bullet guy running his rig. I was there back in the day.
