Nope! I import spiders to my shop areas to keep her out. Tried snakes but she really wasn’t afraid of them too much. But spiders are like kriptonite to Superman.

I've been cleaning up 'my stuff™' ever since My Mom threw out my baseball cards, lose some real gems and You learn a valuable lesson...
And ever so often I read where another has passed and relay to my anima (note to Jungians: not that one...) that I had that card and then picture it in my mind's eye...
Yep my wife is a problem sometimes, with that kind of stuff. The worse she has done is donate 2 of my Tilley Hats, 1 really nice jacket, 1 set of 100mph rain gear. Now she pretty much stays away from all my hunting and fishing gear and my tools. She has her own set of tools now
Yup, she moves everything of mine & when i go looking for something I can't find it.
Attachment 507432 ...SB...:salute:
She did clean up my stuff a couple times, but not anymore! We don't talk about that! However, she will keep after me to clean up my den and the end table beside my chair in the family room. She won't touch anything in my area of the basement or garage. But, she will sit stuff around in the garage that I have to walk around...
Never touches stuff-in my room downstairs or the garage.. she has absolutely no idea what I have and couldn’t care less.
I don't think my wife would do anything like that. We both respect one another's stuff and spaces. I would be pissed if she went behind me and started doing that.
The only thing my wife does is infringe on "My Space" which is the garage. It is the only space in the house that is truly mine, yet she's constantly sneaking in her junk when ever I'm not look'in.
What I mean by junk is the stuff she saves, which is pretty much everything. (And 80% of which needs to meet the trash man) She's not quite a hoarder, though she's packed every closet or unused room in the house she can get away with, but you can tell that she does carry the gene!
When she has "over flow" she finds a place or two in my garage/man cave/shop/boat parking spot and puts her stuff there, figuring I won't notice. Well I do and I clear it out asap leaving it somewhere she'll find it, like on top of her shoe and pocket book collection. Despite this, she never gives up because she's to sly for that. Instead, she just sits and waits in the deep shadows, like a female tiger waiting to pounce.
Wife and two grown/out of the house daughters who use our house as a storage locker. I’m pretty easy going about a lot of stuff but I absolutely cannot tolerate clutter. I regularly sneak boxes out of the basement (after checking them for important papers/valuables etc) , load them up in the truck and into the dumpster at work they go … no reason on earth to store mismatched shoes, a traffic cone you stole while drunk in college or T ball participation trophies.
For years we played the game of “Go through this box to see what you want and what can get thrown out” only to find the same box a year later with the same shit in it. No more.
First they start by throwing away your stuff then it's a joint Facebook account. It then gets so bad that you have to ask permission to go fishing or buy tackle.
Usually the guys in that situation refer to their wife as wifey.
I worked a summer job during college with an old timer who smoked a pipe. He told me that after he and his wife were first married, he came home from work one day and she told him that his pipes were so nasty that she washed them...in the sink...by hand...using soap. He told me that he told her, "Don't you EVER touch anything of mine again!"
I am 100% right there with you, not a day goes by that i don't go looking for something and she put it in a different place because it looks better there, or it doesn't belong where it's been for 56 years. Then when i ask she tells me in a way that i should know where it's at, i got it bad  I think shes bored out of her mind sometimes, she retired back in 2016, she's always had something going on until she retired. I guess we better just learn to live with it and keep our mouth shut
