You just shifted some of your Assets to a place that will have excellent returns of Priceless Memories on that Investment plus you'll eliminate a lot of added health care costs with all the Stress that is reduced by having a place to getaway and unwind.
Lake Property will never decline in value so whenever the day comes you want to sell or pass it onto the kids it will be an Asset that has appreciated immensely
