Not sure why this thread even made it to 12 pages, buy what you like and what you can afford, dont worry about what others think. If your happy with it that's all that matters. Don't we have better things to do like "FISH" rather then beat everyone up about what brand boat they own. Nitro vs everyone, Powerpole Vs Talon, Minn Kota Vs Motorguide, Lowrance vs Humminbird.. who cares relax and enjoy the sport of fishing

This forum would be kinda dull without all the bickering.
It does a some level help sort things out...sometimes it takes12 pages:) I know I'll now look a Nitro a little different now.

I owned a 1993 Nitro 190TF and had no problems with the boat. The Fastrike engine sucked.

Here's my compliant.
How do they have the audacity to call the new Nitro's Z19, Z20, Z21. Especially after they buy Ranger. Those were Ranger model #s.
Now when someone says they own a Z20, I don't know if they are my friend or not.

Maybe if Ranger didnt get bought by another company they could of kept that model line to themselves.........

Well maybe everyone that 'wants to be your friend' just needs to put a ranger sticker on their (insert the name of your boat here), and wear their Ranger jersey, hat, and secret decoder wrist watch. :laugh:

I have a Ranger RT188, Champion used to make a 188. The two boats couldn't be further apart. Anyone mistaking those two needs their head examined. :laugh:
